The End of "The Wall"

There is this ugly monolithic school by our apartment. It's big claim to fame is that it was the backdrop used for the singing kids in Pink Floyd's "The Wall".









It is actually the Islington Academy, and they have built a beautiful new school directly behind it, and now the ugly old eyesore is coming down.

"Tearing down The Wall."




Once demolished, Tony commented that from our apartment, we can now see the BT Tower.
